계정 삭제 안내

‘뭐해?’ 계정과 관련 데이터는 아래 두 가지 방법으로 삭제할 수 있습니다.

1. 앱에서 직접 삭제 (즉시)

앱을 열고 설정 탭으로 이동
맨 아래 회원탈퇴 선택
확인을 누르면 계정과 개인정보가 즉시 삭제됩니다

2. 이메일로 삭제 요청 (앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우)

앱을 삭제했거나 로그인할 수 없는 경우(이용 정지 중 포함), 아래 주소로 삭제를 요청해 주세요.

요청 주소: kkungkkungi.official@gmail.com

메일에 적어 주세요: 가입에 사용한 휴대전화번호 (본인 확인용 - 확인 후 즉시 파기)

처리 기한: 본인 확인 후 지체 없이 삭제하고 결과를 회신합니다.

삭제되는 데이터

계정(휴대전화 인증 정보), 프로필(닉네임·유저 코드)
내 메세지함과 대화 목록, 차단 목록

예외적으로 보관되는 데이터

이미 상대방에게 전달된 음성 메세지는 상대방의 대화방에 남아 있을 수 있으며, 전송일로부터 최대 30일이 지나면 삭제됩니다.
신고 처리 중인 자료는 처리가 끝나면 지체 없이(늦어도 신고 접수일로부터 90일 이내) 삭제됩니다.
신고가 접수되어 처리 중인 계정이 탈퇴하는 경우, 활동 정보는 삭제하되 계정(휴대전화 인증 정보)은 신고 처리가 끝날 때까지 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.
이용 정지 상태의 계정은 활동 정보를 삭제하되, 위반 관련 자료는 신고 처리·수사 등 관련 상황이 종료될 때까지 보관 후 파기하며, 계정 잠금은 제재 기간이 끝날 때까지 유지됩니다.

Account Deletion (English)

To delete your “뭐해?” (Mwohae) account and associated data: open the app → Settings → Delete Account. If you can no longer access the app, email kkungkkungi.official@gmail.com with the phone number you signed up with. Your account and personal data are deleted without undue delay; voice messages already delivered to another user may remain in their conversation for up to 30 days, and reported material is retained only until the report is resolved (at most 90 days) or as required by law. If a report against your account is still being processed when you delete it, your activity data is removed immediately but the account (phone verification record) is kept until the report is resolved, then destroyed.
